Had my very first sound healing session yesterday and it was such a sacred and amazing experience. The facility was perfect and the atmosphere allowed for the most therapeutic and relaxing healing session. Christine has a gift at making you feel at ease and allowing you to relax and immerse yourself inside the sounds and vibrations. I will definitely be recommending this business onto my family and friends and can’t wait to allow the healing to continue.

Chakra dance and sound baths are an amazing journey , self care and such a magnificent course for self healing. I meet some wonderfull people and guided by the most beautiful souls . This is my 2nd course and starting my 3rd on Monday. It’s amazing watching the sunset as you arrive on beautiful Lake Macquarie . I highly recommend attending this journey you will not be disappointed.

I stumbled across an event on Facebook for Chakra Dance 12 months ago and was super curious after having a breathwork experience and synchronicity's popping up around dance (and kundalini energy). I was incredibly nervous when I finally got the courage to reach out but Chris put my mind at ease instantly. I agreed to commit to the 9 week series not knowing what to expect, I am now into my 4th term of chakra dance and 3rd term of the Women's Sacred Frame Drum and Voice class.
I can't even articulate the spiritual and emotional growth in that time. Chris has created the most sacred safe space in her drum and voice circle and is so intuitive with her teachings and her ability to hold space. If you are a woman looking for your people, a space where you are free to bring ALL of you, where you can unleash your wild woman, and be held wherever you are on your journey, or you want to find your way home. My wife has been attending Chakra Dance and Drum classes with Soundz Healing for some time, this term I have been enjoying the Wednesday night sounds baths with Chris and Rick and it has become part of my self care. Chris and Rick have created a beautiful space and I look forward to sound baths each week.

Profound experience! I did the Chakra dance series which came highly recommended from a colleague. It transformed me subtly over the weeks which was a surprise! I made great friends, with whom I stay connected. Plus it gave some incredible insights, a creative outlet & the spiritual re-connection I had been missing. Love love the Soundbath, i have been going now for the past year. It is a gentle calming practise that offers, relaxation, peace and well being.
You feel amazing afterwards and sleep so well. We all need a little time for ourselves, it's not being selfish, it helps you, which helps you be calmer and more understanding with others. I would highly recommend you try it out.

I took Christine’s 9-week Sacred Frame Drum & Voice course. Christine is the real deal - a gifted musician, teacher and healer, and a warm and authentic person. This class was an inclusive, fun, and profound experience. I was also so grateful that I was able to learn to play the frame drum - not online - but IN PERSON and with such a fantastic group of women. I could not recommend this course or any of Soundz Healing’s offerings more highly

I was drawn to an ad for Charkradance late last year & immediately signed up without knowing what it was. My 1st series started this year and it has changed my life.
The space that Soundz healing create is nothing short of magical & the subtle but powerful modality has become a major part of my life & practice, I am now approaching my 4th series and could not see my life without it.
I now follow up with the Soundbath on Wednesday night, again the space and journey that Christne & Rick take you on is so moving, their skill & talent with sound brings you in tune with exactly what your soul requires.
I have also started attending the Scared frame drum & voice course that Christine offers, again through this journey I am finding peace & enlightenment of who my true self is. The power of sharing space with women in circle and learning a new instrument.
